Accessing Password-Protected Content
If you are having problems accessing the Troop Members Only section of the site, or you are getting errors like the one below, keep reading for help.
The Troop 737 web site is built using Google Sites. If you already use a Google Account for email, Picasa, or other Google services, you will have to change accounts to see our protected content. Don't worry - it's not as complicated as, say, filling out a tax return. Keep reading for instructions.
Everything under "Troop Members Only" and most documents on this site are protected under a Google account generic troop username and password. If you do not know the username/password, please send an email to the WebMaster
To access protected content, you must first see "email@example.com" at the upper right of the home page of our site (it's OK if it's blank, also - keep reading)
If you see nothing in the upper right-hand corner, just go ahead and click the Troop Members Only link in the left-hand navigation of the site. You will get a login page page that looks like this:
Log in as the generic username/password, and you are good to go.
If you see something else other than blank or "firstname.lastname@example.org" here, you will need to click the Sign In link at the very bottom of the page. It looks like this:
Then, just log in using generic username and password, as seen here (make sure you use the entire email address):
