New Scout / Family Orientation

Every year, the troop leadership puts on a New Scout/Family Orientation for the new Webelos who have crossed over to our troop and their parents. The day-long course is a crash course in Boy Scouts and on Troop 737. The scouts teach the new scouts while the adult leadership teaches the new parents. By the end of day, the new scouts have earned the first rank of Scout, and the parents know everything there is to know to get started in Boy Scouts... well.. mostly.
