Welcome to the Troop 737 website! We hope you find our website both useful and practical whether you're interested in joining our troop or already an active member. We have lots of helpful hints for Scouts and parents as well as information about the Timberline District, Denver Area Council, and Boy Scouts of America.

Troop 737 is a “boy-led” troop serving Evergreen Colorado and the mountain communities of Conifer, Morrison, Idaho Springs, and Bergen Park. Through our active boys, active parents, and active leaders; we maintain a fun, safe environment that teaches our youth the values and morals they need to become outstanding citizens in our community and nation.

If you are interested in joining the troop or just want to see what to see what Scouting is all about, please join us at a troop meeting. We meet from 6:30 to 8:15 pm on Monday evenings at Evergreen Lutheran Church on Highway 73.  For more information on the troop, please read About Our Troop.

  • Weekly Post, September 14, 2014 Hello Troop 737, This Monday night, scouts will be talking about their summer experiences at Island Park Scout Camp in Idaho and Camp Dietler at Peaceful Valley.  All Scouts and parents are encouraged to come and learn about the awesome experiences for older scouts.  We will also be doing campout prep for Camporee.  Our first Court of Honor (COH) is September 29th.  Mr. Landon, our Advancement chair, needs 2 weeks to process all rank advancements.  This means that scouts will have only Monday night to complete their requirements for rank advancements to be included in the upcoming COH.  For those scouts who need a Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review, please email me and Mr. O’Connor mikeoconnor ...

  • Weekly Post, September 1, 2014 Hello Troop 737, HEEERE WEEE GOOOOOO!  It is time to start our regular meeting schedule back up.  I am very excited about the upcoming year of outings and programs.  I am sure you all will be also. Today is the last day you can email Mr. Scutellaro ed@wispertel.net to get specially priced tickets for the Air Force vs. Army game on October 4th.  This should be a great game at a fabulous price.  See Mr. Scutellaro’s earlier email for more info.   • Weekly Post, August 17, 2014 Hello Troop 737 Welcome Back!!  It is hard to believe that summer is almost over and school starts tomorrow, if not already for some.  I am very excited about a fun, exciting and productive year! We had 3 fantastic events this summer: Philmont, Camp Dietler at Peaceful Valley and Island Park Scout camp in Idaho.  I want to thank the HALOs (Head Adult Leader Organizer) for each of these events: Sean Riley, Mike O’Connor and Bill Westfall.  You guys did a great job in organizing these events.  I also want to thank the SPLs (Senior Patrol Leaders): Mason Force, Clay Robertson and Mason Force.  Yes, Mason was SPL twice.  You guys did a great job in leading the scouts ...
